This is another patient who was turned down by multiple previous surgeons who told her that she is too skinny for a BBL.  She wanted a round butt, however, she really wanted to avoid a “selfie” look.  To complicate things, her only available donor fat was the lower abdomen, lower back, and some fat along her bra roll.  Despite these limitations, she got exactly what she wanted and is one of our happiest patients.
