This patient had very large, drooping breasts. She was bothered by rashes and irritation in the folds of the breasts. This is common in women with large breasts, especially during warm humid weather. She underwent a lift and reduction. She was extremely happy with the results of her surgery. And, by the way, she required no pain medicine stronger than Tylenol.
