This patient lost a significant amount of weight that resulted in loose skin of her thighs. Skin was removed from the upper part of the inner thighs, lifting and smoothing the area. The inner thigh lift scar is well hidden in the groin crease. This procedure can be combined with other procedures, such as a tummy tuck revision in this specific case.
